finally, those “sth” are done . . . i.e. sending out hope(less) letters of job applications (HARVARD?! Murray State U, U of Arizona, Jacksonville State U, Truman State U, U of N. Texas, and NYU) and un-go-able conference proposals (even if accepted)

when there seems a hope, other concurrent constraints just compete to show up in front of me . . . $ and time . . .
